No when you get down to it the LitterBuggies are radio controlled cars with bin on top. They are controlled the a remote in one hand.
Where can I get one of those?
You can build one yourself. I also build them locally in Galveston
What do they cost?
They ones I build can run from $1000 to $3000 depending on version
Is that a metal detector?
